What to cook for Supper after the Market!!

After two days of shopping, prep-ping & cooking for the Tuffnell Park Tavern Food Market it is often easy not to bother to cook for ‘oneself & the other half’!  But I love cooking so it is impossible for me not to don my apron & get into the kitchen to prepare the evening meal.
