We had a great Supperclub last Saturday! Carriages were close to 1am as we were all so engrossed in conversation and fine wine, once dessert had been served of course!
We were very pleased that an unchanged family recipe went down well. Ma Rani remembers Joginder making this dish when she was a young girl, the recipe was never written down so through trial and error we think we got it right! Joginder’s Shai Lamb ~
Our Pomegranate Kachumber makes a perfect refreshing and flavoursome accompaniment to our more fiery dishes!
