We hope to reach out to all of you, and fit in around your daily life! We are offering one off classes or a series of classes. To register your interest please email us at jogindersupperclub@hotmail.com ‘Cookery Classes 2013′. Thank you for your interest so far, see you next year!

In the meantime take a read of Ma Rani’s cookery class blog…..

Ma Rani takes her cookery class to La Bousiere….(thanks Rachel!)

Rachel was keen to learn some new dishes and I have to say that she has a very good sense of smell and taste. It is not essential but it helps because with our food you need to ‘smell and taste’ what is just right for you. I learnt to cook from my Ma Joginder Beje not how much to add of anything but how it tasted and did I like the smell! And so Rachel and I did the same in La Bousiere in France.

I did wonder if we would ever finish the dish as she just wanted to eat every bit of the Joginder Masala as it was cooking because each stage is delicious! ( Watch for the Masala Cheese on toast recipe!) However, as ever she is a perfectionist and did wait ’till she had cooked the whole of the dish. When it was served up ( with a side order of Chole with green pepper – recipe to follow) it was yum!

Well done Rachel – I love the fact that you cooked my Beje’s Chicken Masala to perfection. It was delicious.

I look forward to sending the spices to you in Indonesia  and I look forward to hearing from you. I hope you enjoy a few pictures of the evening!
